Job Summary

To drive growth and service improvements, the full-time remote Operations Technology Coordinator will manage technology efforts, analyze project metrics, and collaborate with operations and IT teams to implement new solutions and enhancements.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain project priority and communicate weekly on progress of Ops-IT initiatives
  • Run reports to monitor key performance indicators and manage performance reporting for operations technicians and pharmacists
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify improvement opportunities and prioritize projects for execution
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Certification as a Project Management Professional or relevant experience in project implementation and analysis
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical, support, or operations role
  • Expertise in Excel and business intelligence tools within the healthcare industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from inception through completion
