Job Summary
To enhance the capabilities of regional staff, the full-time Operations Trainer will provide hands-on training using corporate curriculum and documentation, covering various operations functions, compliance topics, and system releases in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training on operations functions, industry compliance, and new products or clients to regional staff
- Review and integrate information from corporate training materials to ensure effective training delivery
- Collaborate with employees and team members to support continuous improvement in training processes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in claim processing, medical insurance, or TPA
- Proficient in MS Word with working knowledge of Excel
- Ability to learn new systems and adapt to various platforms
- Willingness to travel within the region for training purposes
