Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Trainer and QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and virtual training for new hires and ongoing training as needed
- Develop and maintain training materials, including educational resources and job aids
- Perform quality audits on operations staff work and provide recommendations for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience training on accounts receivable processes in healthcare revenue cycle
- Experience with various host systems and provider portals (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)
- Experience as a quality auditor in a related field
- Artiva system experience preferred
- Knowledge of hospital and physician revenue cycle operations
