Required Qualifications
  • Active personal lines insurance license
  • 2+ years of experience in training, facilitation, or operations enablement
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Experience coaching learners and providing structured feedback
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
