Job Summary

Leading the training delivery function, the full-time Operations Training Manager will develop trainers, scale onboarding programs, and ensure impactful learning experiences for Operations teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the Operations learning delivery function, overseeing onboarding for approximately 200 new hires annually and continuous learning for existing teams
  • Develop and mentor a team of 3-5 facilitators, providing performance management and professional development
  • Collaborate with Operations leaders to identify knowledge gaps and translate them into effective training solutions
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or operations enablement
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry such as insurance, finance, or healthcare
  • Proven ability to lead and develop trainers in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and program management skills, including managing complex training initiatives
