Job Summary

To enhance organizational performance, the full-time salaried Manager, Operations Training will oversee the planning and execution of training activities for various operational teams while collaborating remotely with department managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs and implement effective learning solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs that address current and future learning needs across operations
  • Manage a team of learning and development specialists, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Facilitate both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory compliance
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Adult Learning, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or Business; Master's degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in designing and facilitating training, along with 5+ years of team management experience
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and instructional practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel
