Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations and Technical Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and implement a scalable training strategy and governance processes
• Design and develop training content and curriculum aligned with measurable learning objectives
• Manage and oversee the organization's training program, ensuring effective collaboration and reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BA/BS or equivalent experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's with a minimum of 6 years
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and delivery in a technical environment
• Advanced experience with LMS platforms and training development tools
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing staff, including performance management
• Project planning and management experience, including risk identification and mitigation
