Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Training Specialist, Contact Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience for assigned operations teams, including program design and delivery
- Design and facilitate ongoing training programs and maintain all training materials for assigned teams
- Evaluate training effectiveness and manage all program logistics independently
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management in a contact center or customer service environment
- Bachelor's degree
- Demonstrated ownership of training programs, from creation to implementation and improvement
- Strong project and time management skills
- Familiarity with knowledge management systems and learning management systems (LMS)
