Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Training Specialist, Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end new hire onboarding experience for assigned operations teams, including program design and delivery
  • Design and facilitate ongoing training programs and maintain all training materials for assigned teams
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and manage all program logistics independently


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrated ownership of training programs, from creation to implementation and improvement
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems and learning management systems (LMS)
