Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time remote Operations Training Specialist will develop and deliver training programs, create and maintain policies and procedures, and serve as a subject matter expert in customer service and payroll functions.

Key responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training curriculum and materials for customer service and payroll departments
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff using various training methods
  • Develop and maintain market Policies and Procedures to ensure compliance and accessibility
Required qualifications:
  • Associate/Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and payroll functions with proven training program development experience
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and payroll systems and related IT solutions
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with e-learning platforms
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
