Operations Training Specialist

Job Summary

Owning the full training lifecycle for Claims operations, the full-time remote Operations Training Specialist will design, facilitate, and manage training programs, ensuring new hires are prepared to perform independently while contributing to ongoing learning and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new hires, including program design, content creation, and evaluation of floor readiness
• Design and deliver ongoing training and refresher courses, adapting to evolving business needs and specific Claims workflows
• Build and maintain comprehensive training materials and knowledge content, ensuring alignment with current policies and operational changes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management, preferably in healthcare operations or customer service
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ownership of training programs, including design, execution, and improvement
• Strong project and time management skills, capable of handling multiple workstreams concurrently
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and knowledge management tools
