Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Operations to oversee operations and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with the COO.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for leadership support and ensure effective information flow within the organization
• Translate company strategy into actionable plans and optimize processes for efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with the COO to prepare impactful board materials and executive presentations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, revenue operations, or a related role in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of operational and revenue processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success
• Proficiency in data analysis and sales reporting tools
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects effectively
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and prioritize tasks efficiently
