Operations Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations, IHPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of operational policies and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Negotiate and administer value-based contracts to strengthen the provider network
• Provide leadership and oversight to IHPA staff and contracted vendors while promoting enrollment growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field required
• Master's Degree preferred
• 9+ years of operations, management, or administration experience in the healthcare or insurance industry required
• Extensive experience in contracting, operations management, and strategic planning
• Experience in an integrated delivery system and value-based contracting preferred
