Operations Vice President

Job Summary

A company is looking for a VP, Operations to join their executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the company's end-to-end operating model across clinical, operational, and corporate functions
• Partner with the CEO and executive team to translate corporate strategy into operating plans with clear goals and metrics
• Lead operational performance management, including defining KPIs and driving executive-level decision making through data

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior operational roles within healthcare or health tech
• Proven experience operating at the VP level with ownership of complex, distributed operations
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations through high-growth phases in regulated environments
• Strong track record of P&L ownership and operational transformation
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, MHA, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred
