Operations Vice President

Job Summary

Reporting directly to the CEO, the full-time remote Operations Vice President will manage day-to-day operations across HR, finance, payroll, and legal while driving organizational strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in HR, finance, payroll, legal, and executive support
• Serve as a key thought partner to the CEO on organizational health and internal operations strategy
• Identify operational gaps and implement solutions while managing a cross-functional team

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience leading multiple business functions, including HR, finance, or operations
• Strong people leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
• High comfort level in a startup or high-growth environment
• Solid understanding of financial fundamentals and experience with financial reporting
• Familiarity with HR, payroll, and finance platforms such as Rippling or Gusto
