Ophthalmic Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interventional Glaucoma Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop territory business plans to maximize revenue
• Provide clinical support, training, and conduct surgical wet labs for ophthalmic surgeons
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent the company at industry events

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of medical sales experience, with at least 3 years in surgical ophthalmology
• Ophthalmic pharmaceutical experience (4+ years) preferred
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving territory growth
• Experience with new product launches and strong customer relationship management
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications
