Ophthalmology Medical Specialist

Job Summary

To grow revenues in the Washington DC/Baltimore territory, the full-time remote Ophthalmology Medical Specialist II will manage relationships with Retina Specialists and customer accounts while providing technical and clinical product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with Retina Specialists and customer accounts
• Utilize marketing and operations resources to meet product goals and enhance productivity
• Provide technical and clinical support related to approved indications for eye conditions

Required qualifications:

• BA/BS in science or business; a master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of specialty sales experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
• Experience in biologics and buy and bill products
• Preferred experience in Ophthalmology and relevant retina experience
• Residency in the assigned territory is required
