Job Summary

A company is looking for an Executive Director - Molecule Lead, Ophthalmology in the Client Delivery Unit (Clinical Trials) - NA Remote Based.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for clinical drug development projects in ophthalmology
• Engage with client leadership and drive delivery through innovative solutions and operational strategies
• Oversee project performance, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent health care training
• 15+ years of clinical trials experience, with at least 4 years in clinical program leadership
• Experience in developing and managing budgets and resources in a clinical setting
• Clinical drug development expertise, particularly in ophthalmology
• Proven track record of project delivery in large accounts and partnerships
