Ophthalmology Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing ophthalmology team, the full-time remote Ophthalmology Project Manager I will manage project coordination, oversee timelines and budgets, and ensure quality control while collaborating with stakeholders and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in leading project teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Proactively manage quality control and risk assurance activities to meet regulatory and client requirements
• Serve as the primary client contact, fostering positive client relationships and facilitating communication across teams

Required qualifications

• University/college degree in life sciences or certification in a related allied health profession
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company or CRO
• Demonstrated experience managing ophthalmology clinical trials with knowledge of ocular indications
• Working knowledge of ICH Guidelines and GCP, including international regulatory requirements
• Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
