Job Summary
To drive new business sales, the full-time Regional Sales Manager - Ophthalmology will manage the complete sales lifecycle, turning prospects into clients through effective relationship building and product demonstrations, while working remotely and traveling as needed.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the full sales cycle within an assigned territory to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Conduct qualification and discovery to assess prospective client needs and manage a pipeline of leads
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and prepare tailored price proposals for clients
Required qualifications:
- Experience in Ophthalmology or Optometry software sales
- Proven experience in business development and managing full-cycle sales processes
- Strong relationship management skills with a customer-first approach
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Bachelor's degree
