Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ops Sr Section Manager - Fraud Operations Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and enhance the Quality Assurance program for Fraud Operations
Manage the Quality Assurance team and ensure proper documentation and coaching
Communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to prioritize and track workload

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of fraud risk or financial services experience
Experience in Fraud Operations in Deposit/Payments, Card, and/or Fraud Case creation
Independent and self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
Familiarity with industry trends and practices in operational area, Risk Management, Compliance, and Operations
Experience managing a team or complex process
