Optical Engagement Associate

Job Summary

To enhance patient engagement and support optical services, the fully remote Optical Engagement Associate will assist with contact lens ordering, monitor order fulfillment, and educate patients on optical products while ensuring seamless communication between patients, contact center staff, and optical store teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with contact lens ordering and coordinate with optical store staff as needed
• Monitor and follow up on contact lens and eyewear orders, providing status updates and resolving inquiries
• Educate patients on optical product warranties, replacement policies, and facilitate contact lens training appointments

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in optical, customer service, patient engagement, healthcare, retail, or contact center environments
• Experience with contact lenses, optical products, or optical operations is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or optical software preferred
