Job Summary

Responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the pricing engine, the full-time Optimal Blue Specialist will manage product and pricing maintenance, support branch margins, and collaborate with various departments while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain the product and pricing engine in conjunction with the Optimal Blue team
• Support branch margins and structure pricing scenarios while updating investor guidelines
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis, ensuring data entry is performed with speed and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Knowledge of mortgage market basics
• Experience with Optimal Blue
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
