Job Summary

To support the organization's IT needs, the full-time remote OpTime/Anesthesia Certified Analyst will focus on the design, development, and implementation of applications, providing technical support and collaborating with end users to optimize system functionality.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop a detailed understanding of application functionality and collaborate with end users to define requirements
  • Build and configure systems to meet requirements, create documentation, and execute testing to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide excellent customer service during application implementation events and participate in after-hours on-call support rotation
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with four years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with two years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience supporting applications in a healthcare environment
  • Ability to analyze data and identify meaningful patterns
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
  • Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills
