A company is looking for an Optimized Air Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle ticket requests, refunds, and issues with airlines
• Assist Independent Advisors by communicating with airlines
• Research air options, provide faster turnaround on requests, and recommend options to maximize revenue

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Sabre, including exchanges, refunds, complicated international itineraries, pricing, and ticketing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Well-traveled with a strong working knowledge of world geography
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Internet savvy
