Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Application Specialist II to provide advanced support for Oracle-based ERP and EPM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 support for the Oracle ERP system, including troubleshooting and logging tickets
Monitor support queues to ensure SLAs are met and lead root cause analysis for recurring issues
Mentor junior analysts and partner with business users to identify support needs and implement improvements

Required Qualifications

A minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or related Oracle modules preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in systems implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
