Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Application Specialist II to provide advanced support for Oracle-based ERP and EPM systems.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 support for the Oracle ERP system, addressing user requests and troubleshooting issues
Monitor support queues to ensure SLAs are met and tickets are prioritized effectively
Lead root cause analysis for recurring incidents and mentor junior analysts

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Oracle ERP
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) or related modules preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Experience in systems implementation methodologies including waterfall and agile
BA in Information Technology or relevant certification preferred
