Oracle Applications Analyst

Job Summary

Oracle Applications Analyst, a full-time role focused on supporting and troubleshooting Oracle Cloud and integration environments, requiring experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Integration Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle and ancillary systems, identifying and resolving integration-related technical issues
• Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems as needed
• Perform technical testing and collaborate with Business Analysts and subject matter experts on functional testing

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical support role for Oracle Cloud
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle Integration Cloud
• Ability to analyze raw data and follow pre-defined procedures for testing and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office products
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems
