Oracle Applications Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Applications Systems Analyst to join their support team for the Oracle Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle and ancillary systems as a member of the technical support team
• Identify and resolve technical problems related to integrations between Oracle and other systems
• Document issues, track progress, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of support

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support role
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
• Ability to understand and analyze raw data
• Willingness to learn new skills and systems
