Job Summary
Seeking a dynamic Oracle Business Operations Leader, the full-time position will optimize and manage operations for Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM systems in a public sector environment, ensuring integration across Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement teams.
Key responsibilities
- Establish a unified operational framework post-go-live to enhance efficiency and support critical public sector functions
- Drive risk mitigation and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans for operational excellence
- Oversee cross-functional team collaboration and stakeholder management to achieve KPI-driven performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in business operations leadership within a complex, cross-functional environment
- At least 5 years of operational experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM implementations and support
- Familiarity with public sector compliance, auditing, and reporting requirements
- Proven expertise in process optimization, risk management, and implementing operational frameworks
