Job Summary
Supporting Project T REX remotely, the contract Oracle Functional Business Systems Analyst will create and maintain finance-facing reporting, develop training materials, and document standardized procedures for Oracle-based processes impacting Inventory Accounting and Accounts Payable.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop SOPs, quick-reference guides, and training decks for Oracle process changes affecting inventory and AP
- Produce communications and user-impact summaries detailing what is changing and document workarounds as necessary
- Build and maintain reporting views and trackers to support readiness and early-life support needs for finance/accounting stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 3-7 years in accounting operations, finance process documentation, or ERP enablement roles with demonstrable SOP/training deliverables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and Inventory/Cost Accounting
- Proven experience in business writing and documentation for finance operations
- Familiarity with Oracle UI and ERP navigation for training material development
