Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, LBS Technology People Services Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute subject matter expertise in the People Services Module and manage reporting processes
• Gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making
• Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present metrics and trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in a shared service organization
• Oracle Certification required
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud in reporting and analytics
