Job Summary
As a full-time remote Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead Consultant, the candidate will provide functional and technical expertise to design, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions, guiding clients through the full lifecycle of Benefits implementations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits functional consulting engagements as the primary subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Drive project deliverables by effectively communicating requirements, timelines, risks, and solution recommendations to clients and internal teams
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing Benefits optimization and support
Required qualifications
- Active Oracle Cloud Benefits certification
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead Consultant role
- At least 4 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Benefits implementations, with 3 as a Benefits lead
- Strong knowledge of Benefits administration, eligibility rules, and vendor file integrations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote delivery model
