Job Summary
To ensure the successful implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud Benefits Lead will oversee benefits processes, provide expert guidance, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance benefits functionalities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage benefits processes to align with organizational goals and compliance regulations
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Oracle Cloud Benefits modules, offering support to benefits teams
- Design, implement, and optimize benefits processes using Oracle Cloud solutions while conducting data analysis for accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in benefits process management, specifically with Oracle Cloud Benefits modules
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Benefits solutions and their components
- Proficiency in benefits data analysis and process optimization
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
