Job Summary
As the primary functional expert, the full-time Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Consultant will design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions remotely, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver comprehensive compensation processes.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into efficient Oracle Cloud configurations
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks while supporting integrations with various HR systems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience leading at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Compensation and Total Compensation Statements
- Oracle Compensation Certification (active)
- Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes, including budgeting and eligibility rules
