• Design and configure compensation plans and manage the end-to-end compensation cycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Oracle CX Incentive Compensation implementations
• Hands-on experience with compensation plan configuration, crediting, and payout processes
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in reporting and dashboard development
• Technical leadership and mentoring experience
