Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules
Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests following ITIL-based processes
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and develop functional specifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
3-7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules
Strong understanding of financial business processes
Experience with Oracle Cloud quarterly patch analysis and testing
Familiarity with Oracle Support tools and ability to troubleshoot integration issues
