Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead

Job Summary

Leading the design and development of Oracle ERP cloud implementations, the full-time Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Lead will manage offshore teams, oversee integration activities, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage offshore team members in the design and development of Oracle Cloud ERP applications and integrations
• Lead development activities across cross-functional teams and communicate project updates to stakeholders
• Create and maintain technical design documents and assist in the development of standards and procedures

Required qualifications

• B.Tech, BE, M.Tech, or MCA in computer science, information systems, or software engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience with Oracle applications, including 2 years as a technical lead or manager for Oracle Cloud ERP
• Experience with ERP or Cloud Data Conversion processes and inbound/outbound integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle modules related to Financials and/or HCM
• Experience working in Agile project environments and traditional waterfall methodologies
