Job Summary

A company is looking for a Package Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the selection, implementation, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
• Conduct process design, product configuration, functional design, and testing of the application
• Provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle to achieve client-expected business results

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant, specializing in Core HR implementation and support
• Experience delivering end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in a client-facing role
• Strong understanding of business processes within HCM Cloud
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Experience with Recruiting, Onboarding, and Security modules is preferred
