Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor - Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service support and resolve complex functional issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM applications
• Conduct business requirements analysis, functional workshops, and collaborate with technical teams on implementation projects
• Mentor team members and create knowledge articles to enhance team expertise and customer service

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
• Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects, including 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME
• Hands-on experience in at least 5 specific HCM modules such as Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios
• Technical skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, and BPM workflows
