A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant (Absence / OTL / Payroll).

Key Responsibilities

Configure and support Absence Management and Oracle Time & Labor
Provide production support across Absence, OTL, and Payroll
Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas and handle data loads and integrations

Required Qualifications

Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Absence Management
Hands-on experience in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll at a support level
Strong experience with Fast Formulas
Experience with HDL and HCM Extracts
