Job Summary

A company is looking for a 100% Remote Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant (Absence / OTL / Payroll).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support Oracle Cloud Absence Management implementations, including configuration of absence plans and eligibility profiles
Configure and support Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) including time entry layouts and approvals
Provide day-to-day production support across Absence, OTL, and Payroll modules

Required Qualifications

Strong functional experience in Oracle Cloud Absence Management and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
Good understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll at a support level
Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, HDL, and HCM Extracts
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
Experience working with integrations between HCM and third-party systems
