Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on functional leadership across Core HCM, benefits, talent management, and compensation areas
• Conduct business requirements analysis, functional workshops, and create design documents and setup documentation
• Offer customer production support post go-live, including tracking incidents and troubleshooting complex issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support
• Experience in at least 5 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects, with 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME
• Hands-on experience in at least 5 modules, including Core HCM, Benefits, and Compensation
• Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and ability to relate product functionality to business scenarios
• Technically proficient in SQL and Oracle reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, FRS)
