Job Summary

Providing domain, functional, and technical expertise, the full-time remote Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence will design and implement Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management solutions, guiding clients through the full application implementation lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy Oracle HCM solutions by working with clients on-site or remotely
• Advise clients on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, and configure system functionality
• Maintain strong client relationships and mentor junior associates to enhance team capability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Active Oracle Time & Labor certification
• Minimum 4 years of OTL experience in a Functional Lead role
• Minimum 5 full cycle OTL/Absence implementations
• Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes
