Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant
Job Summary
To lead complex Time and Labor and Absence Management projects, the remote Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant will manage client engagements, align business processes with HCM Cloud methods, and configure Oracle Cloud solutions to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Align client's business processes with HCM Cloud methods and collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
- Lead workshops to gather functional business requirements and ensure alignment with Oracle Cloud functionality
- Manage project scope, client expectations, and team members throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant field
- 5-10 years of Client Services experience, with expertise in Time and Labor and Absence Management
- Experience with 3+ full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Oracle certification in relevant modules of expertise
- Proven ability to independently manage mid-size client projects and build long-lasting client relationships
