Job Summary
Leading client relationships and driving Oracle Cloud HCM strategy, the remote Principal Consultant, Client Services will manage mid- to large-size client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while providing expert guidance and technical support.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly
- Align client practices with Oracle Cloud methods and configure the system to meet specific requirements
- Lead client initiatives and provide strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field, with a track record of building long-lasting client relationships
- Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and module-specific expertise
- Oracle certification in the relevant module preferred
- Strong understanding of business practices and the ability to engage effectively at both business and technical levels
