Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant will conduct a comprehensive health check and system assessment of the Oracle HCM Cloud environment, focusing on Payroll and Benefits, while working remotely for a temporary period of three months.
Key responsibilities
- Perform a holistic review of the Oracle Cloud HCM system, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits
- Evaluate system configuration against Oracle leading practices and identify opportunities for optimization
- Deliver a comprehensive health check report with actionable recommendations to improve operational effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in Payroll and Benefits
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience conducting system assessments or health checks
- Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM, Payroll, or Benefits
- Experience in multi-state or complex payroll environments
