Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for estimates and ensure alignment with portfolio offerings
• Act as a technical interface to clients, developing business opportunities and managing financial outcomes
• Develop solution design models and maintain implementation status while resolving issues with client technical staff

Required Qualifications

• 4-8+ years of consulting experience in Oracle HCM implementation
• Hands-on experience with HDL Conversions, Transformation fast formulas, and HSDL Loads
• Experience in setting up BPM Workflow Approval rules and building Payroll, Benefits, and Absences fast formulas
• Knowledge of creating custom roles and application extensions using VBCS
• Ability to manage client relationships and lead a team effectively
