Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations for Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Scheduling
• Manage and mentor functional teams, setting priorities and driving accountability
• Oversee system implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities in relevant areas
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules
• Ability to collaborate across various teams including HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT
• Experience in managing system implementations and process improvements
