Oracle Cloud HCM Lead

Job Summary

To support the integration of ERP and HCM Cloud Applications, the full-time Oracle Cloud HCM Lead will implement and maintain integrations, collaborate with development teams, and troubleshoot technical issues in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement and support ERP and HCM Cloud Applications, focusing on integrations and conversions
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver projects and provide technical expertise on integration best practices
• Automate integrations using HCM Cloud SOAP & REST/ATOM web services and troubleshoot any issues during operations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience implementing Human Capital Management solutions, with hands-on development in Oracle Integration Cloud
• Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, including integrations, reporting, and various HCM modules
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with coding related to Oracle applications (PL/SQL, advanced SQL, OTBI Reporting)
• Experience with data conversion mechanisms and security design in Oracle Cloud
