Job Summary
Providing domain, functional, and technical expertise, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud HCM Lead Consultant will design and implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, focusing on Absence Management, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Workforce Scheduler capabilities.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert and lead clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle for Absence, OTL, and Workforce Scheduler
- Drive project deliverables and communicate effectively across various workstreams while maintaining strong client relationships
- Mentor junior associates and collaborate with peers to improve delivery models and project efficiency
Required qualifications
- Active Oracle Time & Labor certification
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a Functional Lead role
- At least 5 full-cycle Oracle Cloud OTL/Absence implementations
- Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a remote environment
